Denis Adhoch

Denis Adhoch is a seasoned humanitarian and development professional with over a decade of experience in community empowerment, gender justice, humanitarian response, and partnership development. Throughout his career, he has worked with leading organizations, including Oxfam, HIAS Refugee Trust of Kenya, and the Danish Refugee Council, supporting programs that promote dignity, resilience, and opportunities for vulnerable communities.
In 2022, Denis founded the Immaculate & Adhoch Foundation in memory of his late wife, Immaculate Achieng, inspired by a heartfelt mission to empower lives, restore dignity, and create lasting positive change. As the Foundation’s Executive Director and Trustee, he provides strategic leadership for initiatives focused on menstrual health, education support, community empowerment, and humanitarian assistance, impacting underserved communities and vulnerable populations.
Driven by a deep commitment to service and social impact, Denis believes in the power of community-led solutions to transform lives. He remains dedicated to building stronger, more inclusive communities and advancing sustainable interventions that create opportunities, foster resilience, and improve the well-being of those most in need.
