I serve as Trust Enforcer for the Immaculate & Adhoch Foundation, where I am entrusted with upholding the integrity, accountability, and long-term sustainability of this charitable organization dedicated to honoring the legacy of the late Immaculate Achieng'. In this role, I ensure that every resource, decision, and program aligns faithfully with the Trust Deed, our charitable objects, and the highest standards of governance, so that the Foundation’s work in education, sports and talent development, health, WASH, and gender justice continues to create meaningful, lasting change for vulnerable communities across Kenya. My professional journey is rooted in a deep commitment to ethical leadership and effective service delivery. With a background in Finance and specialized training in education, I bring a balanced perspective that combines financial prudence with a genuine understanding of how quality learning opportunities transform lives. Over the years, I have honed my skills through extensive writing and research, producing insightful reports, strategic documents, and analyses that support evidence-based decision-making in development contexts. What drives me is the belief that true impact is only possible when institutions operate with unwavering transparency and respect for the rule of law. I approach my responsibilities with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that systems of oversight, compliance, and stewardship are not only in place but actively strengthened to protect the Foundation’s mission and the communities we serve. Whether reviewing financial processes, supporting governance structures, or guiding policy implementation, my focus remains on building trust and safeguarding the Foundation’s ability to deliver on its promise of equity and compassion.
